How long are sessions?

Common options include 45–60 minutes (talk + Q&A) or 2–3 hours (teaching + guided practice). Retreat sessions can be tailored.

Do you travel?

Yes—nationally and internationally when schedules allow. Online sessions are also available.

What do you need from us?

A clear sense of your audience, goals, and setting. For in-person events: basic AV, a handheld or lapel mic, and a simple run-of-show.
